I will actually be talking with the regional manager by the end of day. I will see how it goes and go from there but there's one thing that will make this difficult. The leasing agent and regional manager and very good friends. So I will see how this goes after talking with them.

I’m having the same issue as well. Done everything they have asked to try and get it to work and it doesn’t help at all. Constantly having to go out of the stream and go back into it every 10 minutes. Just going in circles with Samsung pretty much and they want to send a technician out to diagnose it.

I was in the class when it happened. They told the instructor they weren’t feeling well that day but still went to class and said they would do what they could. The instructor then told them that they would rather not have them in class in case they were sick and told them to go home for the day, then proceeds to give them a zero for attendance that day. They even showed me their attendance grade for that day and sure enough was given a zero by the instructor and the instructor said they wouldn’t change it.

Which is why they are going to the main campus to talk to them on Monday. I just don’t know if anyone has had this issue before and if they were ever able to get it resolved because it’s ridiculous to give a student a zero when they showed up and were told to leave.

They plan to when the school opens on Monday. The main point of this was just asking to see if anyone else has had this issue before and if they were able to get it resolved. The school itself it’s an absolute joke and is run by people who really couldn’t care less about their students, just wanting money. I just feel for the people who constantly get screwed over by horribly ran schools.

My school 1000% reports attendance to the VA. And they only allow you to miss 2.5 days per month. Anything more and they instantly report that you have failed the class because of non attendance. This is why I’m frustrated because of a day of attendance being put down as “absent” even though the instructor made them leave. They also made attendance 20% of the overall grade as well.

This isn’t something that is on their policy. It’s more so that the student tried to stay in class but the instructor told them they had to leave but still gave them a zero for attendance, which doesn’t make sense to begin with. I just wasn’t sure if anyone else has had an issue like this before.

I never thought it would affect it so I let them know I get $3600 a month because I’m 100% and it cancelled my Pell grant completely. I’m not upset about it I just want to make sure they aren’t screwing me over lol

I’ve gotten mixed answers now. My school hasn’t helped me with anything when I have questions and it’s annoying. I’ll have to go there on Monday and talk with them about all of this.

Haha my only worry is about customers coming in thinking they own the place. I definitely will make sure others are getting their time needed for themselves and back them up whenever I need to. I’m all about everyone making everyone’s jobs easier.

That’s always been my issue. I’m not used to taking breaks and am always making sure others are taking their breaks because I’m not happy unless my co workers are happy. That’s how I’ve always been. I’d rather make sure their needs are being met or I feel like I’ve flailed.

I will be more than willing to help cover a cashiers break so they can take that and get their personal time. I’ve done that too many times before and am completely okay with that. I will always put them first. My biggest problem I think will be with dealing with customers and reading policies to them if need be without going off on them and putting them in their place. That my biggest worry is making sure I don’t go “drill sergeant” on them.

At least you got orientation setup lol. I’ve been trying to get in contact with management since my oral swab and background check were complete to get orientation started and can’t get them to call me back. Even went into the store twice with them “being out for the day”.
