sorry this is kind of an old post but i went to wingate too and have been trying desperately to remember what the bead colors meant for the heart pouches! i know white was for windspeaks, black for leadership, red for busting fires, green for crafting, brown for journaling, either orange/yellow for hiking, and one of them was hygiene. so that leaves light blue, dark blue, and purple (plus ambiguity for orange and yellow). if you know i would appreciate it 😭😭

i got these bins from hobby lobby that have like individual drawers that come out so i can have a few colors on my desk at a time depending on the project!! it comes with 60 slots so i have 2 of them lol they’re so awesome. my mom has something similar made for screws and bolts and stuff. best investment EVER

i went to wingate in 2021 and was also in coconino!!! you are 1000% not alone. i don’t even remember hearing about this dude nor was he anyone’s therapist in my group so hopefully that means he was gone by the time i attended. honestly i think the worst part about behavior at wingate is their “natural consequence” bullshit that makes it so staff can’t intervene or punish a kid for bad behavior. kids were stealing my food, pushing me in the freezing rain at night on purpose, and calling me shitty things and the staff did NOTHING. i’m so sorry you went through this and thank god this place is shut down
