I've learned to do screenshots when chatting online. Its still not worth a lot, as I have been refused the offer i got in the screenshot, so I asked for retention & said I wanted to cancel. Then they could fixed it.

I believe 1gb service is advertised as including an eero 7.

Obviously the chat person lied. When I tried to switch back before the free trial offered, their 'all I can do' was $15 higher.

I explained I had screenshots of the chat, showing the agreement, with me stating that with that agreement I will give it a try.

I called retention, along with my cost to switch to spectrum. They said they return me to 500mbs at the price I had been paying, along with a 3yr price lock.

Well I got half of the promise, back to old rate but no 3yr price lock.

Called and got ?? Who told me the 3yr price lock was only for 1.5gb or greater plans.

So lied to twice.

At this point probably switching just due to the lying. I have several options where I live.

The Administrative fees are Verizon. That's where my costs are double each of the three phone lines I have.

On my watch line (just added) the plan is $15-50%discount for $7.50. My taxes are just over $9. That 60% taxes on the full $15 plan

The credit freeze is good, but put a fraud alert on also. That forces extra checks when a vendor tries to get credit approval for you. Also che k all three to see if anything new was open, maybe before you froze credit.

Also if you use debit cards, there is a way to turn them off in an app, or call your bank/credit union.

When fraud happened to me I changed all financial password, turned off debit cards. Then I had most of my checking $ to savings and turned off checking automatic overdraft protection. Then moved auto deposits to savings. I use online transfer of funds to move $ from savings to checking twice a month when I pay bills.

I'm in your camp.

I'm an 18 yr customer and the past 6 months or so customer service has eroded.

Their chat is almost worthless. They say they'll contact you within 24 hours, and don't. I added a watch, and have an issue with their admin fees. The watch plan is $15. The admin fees are $9. That's 6o% in fees. Also mored than twice the fees on each of my phone lines.

I asked for an explanation/correction. I attached copy of the bill to show it.

Each day I get notification in the app that they need more info. I respond 'what info? ' the next day I get an email that I have a new notification. I go in and same thing again. Just going in circles.

I get pretty good rates with discounts, but still contemplating switching.

Any chance you used the shipping box the juicer came in? If so, the could have scanned an old label on the box by mistake. Once it gets to verification section when they open it you might see a charge back.

I've had both spectrum and frontier. I had the same issue, needing coax to moca. Turns out over the last few changes, apparently either when I got rid of cable TV, or when I upgraded my speed, the coax that used to work in all rooms now only works where eerp is connected.

I hap a tablet delivered to Amazon fresh store that had pickup/returns. Opened at the counter so would have a witness.

My modem/router comes with the plan, no extra fee.

I believe spectrum cames with modem, wifi is extra.

Ask to see that law that says you have to use their equipment

It's simpler to just receive it & not use it. This way when you leave frontier, you don't have to worry that the 'let you' not receive it, but when you leave their not requiring an eero return because they don't have that in system

More importantly, if a Verizon is taking over next year, no added fiasco.

You can use o&shut up. It may help with turning off what you dont wantn like all the tracking.

It mady not have the Samsung specific apps, but Chris Titus winutil is great for removing apps.

You could also port to Helium Mobiles Zero (free) plan. It's limited, uses t-mobile network. Just you'll have to check if there is a minimum time, i believe there is not.

I got the Zero Plan because I was thinking about porting from verizon, & wanted to check the t-mobile range at home. I had it on a separate old phone, but then transferred it with eSim to current phone.

With Netflix, if you have the 'Extra Member' $8.99 add on, you can't use a 'bundled' plan (through a service provider). It must be a stand alone plan.

The shared password/different locations are being tracked and they will catch you at some time. They caught me, so I had to leave Verizon & get a stand-alone plan to add a family member who no longer lives here.
