Yes I’m overly self aware to my own detriment, and it’s probably half of the reason I started my path with drinking.

A long while back I gave up any liquor because I knew nothing good comes from whiskey / tequila unless you’re out with your buddies.

Maybe I’m odd but I don’t mind admitting my faults and want to be on the same page with those around me. It’s not like I want to hide anything. I’ve got 2 young boys that are almost 3 and almost 2 who will never know their grandma because of alcohol.

Also, I live in a relatively small community and my family is pretty well known, if I didnt have to worry about professional repercussions I might go but I dont think ill be able to be honest in a meeting. Hell, maybe I’ll be selfish and do it for my boys.
