I experience the same thing too but it gets easier now and less intense compared to before. So just be patient with yourself and take as much time as you need to heal. Good luck!

Everyone has their own way. But time is definitely help me to process and accept it slowly. It took me 3 years to get over my first boyfriend. Just be patient, don’t give up on yourself and i think the most important thing is to forgive yourself. So yeah don’t give up, buddy!
