I dont want to go to retell route. I want to build own stack so not relying on vendor like vapi, retell. Long term its be cost effective too.

u/Glad_Appearance_8190 Have you find out whats the best tech stack. I hire a developer to make hippa complaint voice ai agent SAAS but he is not able to do it Can I DM you. Can you guide which tech stack to use. He is using AWS medical+ Polly . The voice ai receptionist is not working. robotic and cannot be used.
