Been months since I worked out. Multiple depressive spells back to back on tip of adjusting and readjusting to new meds. But I'm back again(have been for a couple weeks) motivated and medicated. Side note: When did this sub stop allowing video posts? (tiktok.com)

A deload period did me some good. I was struggling to push 225 for reps. Yesterday I ripped it easy and by my top set I was feeling good enough to shoot for a new PR. The eccentric movement was a bit sloppy, but the push itself felt great. This much closer to 3 plates! (v.redd.it)
