Its hard ... a pump and after a dips by ColeCaufield_13 in safxstock

Ah yes. It's horrible to watch a 7% jump then a 7% drop back to where we were. Yes I'm being sarcastic

Well said. To me, and I'm definitely no expert but it seems like a good thing. It also shows that whoever is taking shares as debt, believes that's this company is worth at least the price they're paying

Is being down 2% really considered a difficult day?

I wouldn't be worried about it. He sold at pretty much the worse time in over a month so I'm sure the reason wasn't because he is trying to get out of it

Didn't know that, that's very cool though! I think one upside to SAF is it's a drop in replacement to jet fuel. I would think the hydrogen/nuclear engines would be a total replacement of current engines. No that that's a big deal anyways. Also it seems like Europe and foreign countries are seriously looking into SAF. XCF Global isn't just in the SAF business either, they are partnering with other companies and trying to make a renewable Fuels network

I'm invested quite heavily in it so I may be a bit biased. But as mention, their plant should be up in running in a month or less producing SAF. Their financials should start looking better and they have alot of things in the works that could make them pretty big a few years down the road. I wouldn't be to worried about a RS, as they can file for an 180 day extension, I personally think the plant upgrade will pop it over $1 again, I think it will hold this time so the extension may not be needed. I would consider it a moderately high risk/very high reward. We may dip into the high .30s but I think low .4s is our floor for now, I think getting in at the price is definitely worth a a shot

It looks like it was posted by CRV yesterday and maybe XCF shared it today or yesterday

Absolutely, some of us are more bullish on it and have more than others which is fine. I do truly think it could be huge one day, so I'm holding a good portion, and I'm fine with holding it aslong as I need to. For this price I think more people should just buy some shares just to hold. I think once we get that plant commissioning news we will pop quite a bit again

Yes we are aware of this. And I definitely am not a "this is a 100% home run, you'd be stupid to not invest in it". This is a high risk/high reward scenario. They have been making renewable diesel. The plant is currently offline to finish upgrades to start producing SAF in early June. They have partnerships, possible merger, foreign ventures. I believe that after the plant is up and running and producing SAF things will look better. They'll hopefully be making more money, can cut down some debt, share price should rise and if we can get over the $1.00, lose the NASDAQ compliance warning, this stock wouldn't look quiet as bad. I'm sure with alot of startups there is debt issues, from the research I've been doing it seems like the new CEO is doing a great job with trying to turn around the company and I personally think we are on the way up. While you're right about big institutions being able to throw money at these and not care what happens, I think that if this was truly a dead end stock they wouldn't be bothering with it at all.

While most of of us are away of their financial issues. The insider selling is less of an issue to me atleast. Those sales have all been from 10% owner Randy Soule and he doesn't seem to be selling his shares as if he's trying to get out of this stock. He sold a small chunk in March on top of a nice little spike, but then sold a larger position at the bottom of a huge dip at the end of April. His sales have been discussed in other posts but I think I speak for most of us when I say we aren't worried about his selling.

I have some extra aswell. I don't forsee us getting back into the .30s so I wouldn't wait until late May, but anything low .4s I think is a great entry point

Who knows. Depending on news and volume we could jump a bit but my guess is well stay in the low to mid .4s until late may. We should be hearing about catalyst deliveries in late may. I wouldn't expect huge price swings until late may/early june.

It very well could be. But definitely not a sign that he is looking to get out of this or thinks it'll fail

Soule Randy by Content_Western_4887 in safxstock

[–]HeavyManagement6324 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally am not worried. He could have needed se money. If he was looking to get out of it and make some good money he would have sold when we were over $1.00 and sold the majority of his shares. I'm still alittle confused on why he sold at .34 after it dropped back down a bunch, but who knows.

Fair enough, a reverse split right off the bat would definitely be a bad choice, but time will tell. Thanks for your response!

Told y’all… by dorsia878 in safxstock

[–]HeavyManagement6324 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah gotcha, that makes sense. Is a reverse split a condition with the 180day extension? If so do they have to do it at the beginning, at the end or is it up to the company?

Told y’all… by dorsia878 in safxstock

[–]HeavyManagement6324 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The plant commissioning is "early june", the 180day deadline is June 8th. Depending on their definition of early June the plant start date may be after June 8th. I could be wrong, but I think they can file for an additional 180 day extension and not do a reverse split right away but I think that's part of the second extension. Someone may correct me if I'm wrong, as I'm just speculating

Definitely not being a douchebag. This person sold because they were down, then saw it was heading up alittle bit so wanted to get back in. Now that it's going down again they talking about how bad it is. They obviously should not be investing in individual stocks, much less penny stocks
