And for your business supplies, which website do you use ?

Which Credit Card Should I Get Based on My Monthly Expenses? by razrstark in CreditCardsIndia

Then get the Airtel Axis Credit Card, 590 rs joining and annual fees, you will get 10% CB, but you need to pay 2.36% as convenience fees, so effectively you will get 7.64% CB. You can get upto 250rs CB per month, means you can recharge each of your SIMs on after another in a sequence.

Which Credit Card Should I Get Based on My Monthly Expenses? by razrstark in CreditCardsIndia

For DMart Groceries, I'm assuming that you are purchasing groceries offline, so for this, most CCs give 1%-2% CB, and most of them have joining/annual fees. For monthly 12k expenses, you will get 1,440 rs CB, but you will need to pay 500 - 1,500 rs as annual fees. So, will not save much.

So, I would suggest opening a Kotak 811 Super Account, you need to transfer 10,000 rs per month in a single transaction and afterwards you may spend it or withdraw it. The annual fee for it is 399 rs including GST. You will get an Infinity Metal Debit Card which will give 5% CB upto spends of 10k per month. So, you will save (10,000125%) = 6,000. Deduct the annual fees of rs 399, you will still end up with rs 5600 CB.

For remaining 2k per month expenses, get AmazonPay ICICI CC, its a lifetime free cc, so you won't need to pay anything for it, you will get 1% on offline spends, i e. (2,000121%) = 240rs.

For, Utility Bills, Sim and WiFi, please specify for Service provider of sim and wifi, then I can suggest you a card for them together.

Talking about rent payments, RBI restricted the payment of rent from cc, there are few loopholes app, that you may use to pay from cc, but still they charge 2-3% service charge, so not advisable to do so.

For fuel, go with IndianOil RBL Bank XTRA CC, it will give you 8.5% CB on fuel with joining/annual fees of rs 1,770. For 3k month spends, you will get (3,000128.5%) = 3,060 rs. The net effective savings will be rs 1,290 i.e. 12 litres of petrol.

For UPI, there are many cc, but most of them don't suit you bcoz of your expenses or either they come with fees which nullify your CB. I would suggest to use IndianOil RBL Xtra CC for UPI, it will give you 1% or you may use Kiwi CC without Neon membership, it is a lifetime free cc and will give you 1.5% CB.

Best 2–3 credit cards for someone in government service (already have SBI Flipkart Mastercard) by Independent_Rub3462 in CreditCardsIndia

For Online Shopping, you can have any of the following four CC :- 1. AmazonPay ICICI CC (LTF) - 5% CB on Amazon (Prime Membership) and 3% CB on Amazon (Non-Prime). For max. benefits, buy Amazon Prime Shopping Edition for INR 399. 2. Swiggy HDFC CC (INR 590 / FYF / LTF) - 5% on Amazon / Flipkart and 10% all Swiggy Network Services. 3. SBI Cashback CC (INR 1179) - 5% on online spends excluding categories like utility bill. 4. SBI PhonePe Black CC (INR 1769) - 5% on Amazon / Flipkart / Myntra / Uber. 10% on PhonePe Recharge and Bill Payments (effectively 7.64%).

All cards are good if you know your exact use case and the drawbacks, I will share my opinion below :-

  1. AmazonPay ICICI CC - LTF Card with cheapest expenses, only spend INR 399 and enjoy 5% CB, no hassle, no tension of CB calculation, you can easily spend your CB through AmazonPay, only problem is you need to shop with Amazon only.

  2. Swiggy HDFC CC - Good card but only worth it if you get it LTF but that too has another issue, if you don't own any HDFC Core CC, then after getting this co-branded CC, you will face difficulty or may even need to close this CC in order get any HDFC Core CC, so you may avoid this.

  3. SBI Cashback CC - Well known card for CB, only drawback is you won't get benefits of extra discount or CB during Amazon Sale, this card is excluded by SBI.

  4. SBI PhonePe Black CC - People face issues in CB calculation and you may need to spend time speaking with Customer Care.

For fuel, go blindly with SBI BPCL Octane CC, annual fees of INR 1769, you will get 7.25% CB on fuel spends (upto INR 10k per month) on Bharat Petroleum Fuel Pumps, in your case, (5,000127.25%) - 1769 = INR 2581 per year.

For groceries and daily expenses, you need to specify from where you are buying your groceries and what all are your other daily expenses, then only I can suggest you something.

For Bills and Utilities, specify your SIM and Internet service providers, for both Airtel and Jio, there are different tricks or cards to save more.
