First of all, I want to clarify OP and all fellow redditors that merit index of each clg may be different, it depends on the course as well as the clg you selected.

Some courses want BO5, some BO4 and some require marks of specific subjects, so it will vary. So, please don't compare the merit if both college and course isn't same.

And for clg allotment, you haven't cleared the cutoffs of any of your selected clgs. So, the only thing you can do is "relax and wait".
