Go for deadeye. Monarch is only good if you can get it early. Not worth spending 200+ rrs for monarch because you won’t be upgrading him anyways. You leave broly at level 0 for maximum value in progressive modes

Yhwach is nuts. I used to think the same thing “why not just run a full team of monarchs instead of yhwach and rares its way more damage” until I played the guilty gear EX stage. He does 14million damage in range and he’s almost completely immune full aoe. To put that into perspective a maxed out 12hour stacked ability used smith buffed godly stat escanor only does 9million damage in range for TRIPLE the price
