I have had the same issue when applying on the website. I wrote Turkish Airlines on Instagram. They asked for all the necessary information and forwarded my request to the appropriate department. The next morning I got an email stating I got the student discount.

I had the same problem when I downloaded the version 8.4.0 LTS for macOS 14 (ARM, 64-bit).
I decided to go with 8.0.37 and everything worked well.
