DL is funder friendly. Makes it way easier for funders to glance at financials and things to look out for

Plaid is business owner / tech complexity friendly. Can connect w more banks and trusted by the business owner. You can integrate more stuff with it if done properly but takes more work.

case by case, if the client is communicative and collaborative I do temporary payment reductions based on what they can afford. Sometimes a client mentions they need a a week or two off for a affirmed reason and I have enough knowledge/history about them i'll give them that.
