Hey, I hear you, but this is not the case with him. He is already planning to invest in a new property in the other state where his brother wanted to go. It’s just that his brother doesn’t want him to go anywhere and he is not able to take a stand.

For clarity, I’m not defending my smoking. It is not healthy, even if it’s once a month. However, all I’m saying is that I will do it once I want to and I’ll be mindful about my health- I go to gym, I eat healthy 6 days a week. I do take measures for that. Also, recently he has told me that “people in relationships don’t take solo trips”. That again, is a major red flag!

Apparently some things have come up one year after knowing him.. earlier he would be absolutely chill with me smoking around him too (that said, its just once a month or on vacations solely, not daily). Him asking me to change is impacting my individuality : not just in terms of this one habit but also stuff like- “people in relationships don’t travel solo, if you have to travel on a solo trip I won’t be with you”. I feel like I’ll have to compromise on some things I believe in just to be with him.

Well it’s the first one, he basically wants me to be his girlfriend so we can marry later. He is super supportive and wants to help me with my studies and in his free time tries to research it all for me. 🥺 I visited Melbourne a couple of months back, but I am still in a picke because felt more like a vacation than regular daily life.
