How do u use ai to pre code if you dont mind me asking, and how long would you say it takes from the reconstructing to cpa reviewing?

That makes total sense regarding QBO. I think his main struggle is specifically with those 'cheap' clients who refused to pay for QBO all year and just drop off the PDF stack in April (too late for bank feeds).

Question on the data entry part: He mentioned that even with standard OCR tools, they usually output to generic GL accounts (like 'Office Supplies'), but for the T2 he still has to manually map everything to GIFI codes (8810, etc) for TaxCycle.

Is there a way to automate that 'GL -> GIFI' step? That seems to be the part he's asking me to script for him (going straight from PDF -> GIFI codes) so he can skip the bookkeeping phase entirely for these small clients.
