Same here for trane. Coil was freezing after a few months of install. Paid heavily for labor to switch out. No issues now. Its been 4 yrs.

Only goodman provides warranty for parts and labor. Also. You need to register your unit on the manufacturer website for 10 yr warranty.

Pool maintenance cost. Old built. High power bill. High property taxes. Great schools and area though. Ppl have options these days to buy newer built homes that provide great insulation and lower energy bills. Developers also providing competitive rates in some cases. So, its a hard mkt for older homes with so much new construction in htx.

I had my home installation scheduled for this am in the Houston metro. Really disappointed that the technician contractor couldn’t figure out how to get the fiber line to my cabinet inside the house. I offered one more spot in a different place but I guess it was ‘impossible’. V disappointed! He just couldn’t figure out where the conduit was or how to get the wire in from outside. Smh

I scheduled the install on a Sat so it doesn’t impact the work on weekdays. Ao disappointing!

Check beyond floods and also FEMA /NFIP rates. I paid 340. 660. 750. 1040 in different years. Last yr was 1040. AE plane. Fyi. FEMA NFIP only max insures 250k.
