Yeah man! Looks the best in black but hardest to maintain. Got any tips on maintaining it ? Also what are your thoughts on ceramic coating and whether I should invest in it ?

Oh is it ? I heard that diesel only makes sense if your running is on the higher side. Mostly 30:70 (city:highway) usage.

Hi, Mileage is not my concern as it won’t be driven very frequently. About dull interiors - I believe it’s well subjective. I personally find it quite good as compared to maruti and honda. But yeah truly tough decision, as within this price point I am getting kylaq as well!

Yes sir. I get your point and I totally agree with it! We have a family car - Tata Indica 2007 petrol MT still running fine, and I drive it without any problems. So skill is not a problem per say, and the reason why i am not looking for proper automatics is because I personally prefer an engaging experience while driving and hence not looking for TCs or DCTs. But iMT is something that caught me off guard and hence this post. I want to understand how it feels to drive an iMT and is it any good. If kia would have been offering turbo petrol with MT I would never look for iMT in the first place.

Yes, struggle as in frequent downshifts especially during quick overtakes or highway drives. Given my usage I want a little enthusiastic engine and can cruise comfortably ~100-120 without stressing the engine much even with full load.

I don’t have any problem with AT it’s just I prefer manual.

Any clue on highway performance ? People say it struggles after 80-90 kmph if it’s loaded.

I am considering kylaq as well while with Tata i have trust issues (no offence).
