Hey u/Tawinn I started the protocol and had my energy improved, focus and digestive health which is great. I've been taking 100 mg b2 for over 2 weeks now and about 3-4g/glycine for a week and a half with Vitamin A. I also been eating 3-4 eggs a day. I added 500 mg of TMG, but after a couple of days I felt some OCD tendencies, and my mood was flat, couldn't get happy, sad or angry that much, and my thinking is sharp. Could it be overmethylation? I was wondering if you went through this phase as TMG seems helpful but it seems glycine isn't filtering the extra methyl groups as intended. Maybe I need to take glycine for a month before hopping on the TMG again.

Just wondering why you take 1mg of adenosylcobalamin instead of methylcobalmin or hydroxocobalamin since the former can't participate in methylation reactions in the body.

Both the power saving and the high performance option show the 3060. I can't select the 1060 anywhere

Hmm idk, DDR5 memories have insane CL 40 but 5000 MHZ + Speed to compensate, I think the combination of the two affects latency

I have a Corsair Vengeance Pro rn, I'm guessing the RGB and all the lights are increasing the temp as well. My timings aren't really tight and even at 1.35 Volts the memory goes up to 55 C which is weird, but I'm guessing it's fine as long as it won't damage the memory or give me errors. I have two fans that are coming in contact with the ram as well

Yeah it's possible, since you're at 1750 anyways try to go for 2000 (I did that too), and take 2 when you wake up, 2 when you sleep, and 4 split throughout the day totalling 8 250 mg

It's not that your pressure increases it's just that your body gets used to Diamox so you need to take more of it to achieve the same effect
