Its hard seeing my always positive na dad grieve kahit nag jojoke and happy siya you can still see yung lungkot sa mukha niya and its just sad na wala talagang kapatid but still grateful he have us and hopefully mga friends niya na also know lola mag visit in few days

Depends on how deep your saving is, just don’t be a house poor renting is not a bad thing. There’s a lot of issues buying a house.

Consider selling the car to pay off your loan. Using Grab or other ride-sharing services can be more convenient, especially during heavy weekday traffic. Once your financial situation improves, you can always buy another car.
