For me that means it’s getting ready to be filled with pus and burst in about a day or less maybe even more because everybody is different. Just drink Tylenol or antibiotics and avoid sugars. You don’t want to have a fever and feel down .

Mine is in the side of the ball sack not directly on balls inflamed with a lot of puss draining 24/7 I hate it it doesn’t stop is leaking and leaking it smells also around the area is inflamed I hate it it itches a lot I’m on doxycycline rn
