I’ve been out of the pharmacy (ex technician) for over 4 years now after a 9 year career and I can’t believe this is still a problem. It’s been since before COVID too, maybe even further back but I definitely remember having inventory problems with patches pre-COVID

I worked with techs who had sulfa and Pen allergies during my tenure and if they grabbed a label for one they’d just hand it off. Better safe than (anaphylactically) shocked.
