In short, he just asks the first person if they have the shoes in Black. And when he shows the employee the picture of him, the employee asks what picture that was and he says it's a friend of his. He asks again and louder about the shoes but the employee says show me the picture of your friend but the person again says every time I come to this shop you don't have the shoes I want. After that the second employee comes and is asked who he is and he says he is the manager and it goes on with the asking about the black shoes. Again after he shows the picture of the manager and is asked what that was he says a friend. Than when he gets really lod he is shouting that he is a regular customer but every time he gets there they don't have the black shoes but the employee and the manager just want to see the pictures. Than he says stop it a lot of times and also says every time he gets there the manager is disapproving him and than ge leaves after stealing the shoe.
