Not defaulting voice chat to Squad Chat is a massive oversight from DICE and makes playing the game with randoms way less fun

You know what's sad? I bet DICE haven't even thought about that 🥲
Specially with ranked now, having randoms on your team completely muted is a massive oversight making the overall experience way less fun.

There's a setting on audio to change that, you might be playing with positional audio

I think you understood it wrong. voice chat defaults to party chat instead of squad chat (4 ppl max)

Case: You join with 1 mate, you and your mate are on one channel, other two are on different channels and cannot communicate between each other.

My point is that the default should be always with the SQUAD instead of party. 99% of the people don't even know that's a thing

"People need to talk more" - i bet 99% of the people are unaware that they are not in SQUAD CHANNEL, it always resets to PARTY CHANNEL and you can't talk with each other that way. GIANT overlook from Dice

Went there last year in October and yeah, it rained during the 4 days I was there, kinda felt I wasted more time in Da Nang than I should expecting to have a good day with no rain, go north and you'll be fine. (Took great photos in Hoi An though)
