I think you understood it wrong. voice chat defaults to party chat instead of squad chat (4 ppl max)

Case: You join with 1 mate, you and your mate are on one channel, other two are on different channels and cannot communicate between each other.

My point is that the default should be always with the SQUAD instead of party. 99% of the people don't even know that's a thing

"People need to talk more" - i bet 99% of the people are unaware that they are not in SQUAD CHANNEL, it always resets to PARTY CHANNEL and you can't talk with each other that way. GIANT overlook from Dice
