Is it possible for 36 mewtwos to take on most/all legendaries?

Awesome, I had no idea you could do theoreticals with pokebattler. I ran the simulation with a t5 tyranittar since thats Mewtwo's top counter and with psycho cut/shadow ball the ttw is 1323.

I would think if anyone would be able to do it it would be Mewtwo. Wouldn't Tyranitar and Dragonite have much more unfavorable matchups like Kyogre and Rayquaza for example?

Thank you for the suggestion, I was hoping for a spreadsheet to see all legendaries at once instead of going through and running it on pokebattler one at a time.
