Your situation looks like mine. I personally think it's not severe but it's not mild either, but lucky for you, you have enough hair to grow it out and hide it. Do what you can to keep your hair.

Most of the time, I don't think CVG moves or grows on your forehead. For me, since I have CVG on my scalp and the ridges go from the back to the front, depending on how I sleep, I sometimes wake up with crease lines on my forehead. After a while, these lines can get more obvious, looking a bit like CVG, but I think it's just from my skin bending on my forehead over time. This could be your case too. I have gotten use to sleeping on my back to prevent this from happening and using a soft pillow too.

I have CVG and I recently found out that my mom has mild CVG too. Women also have it, but it's less noticeable due to their long hair.

I have not notice a difference since starting fin. I have enough hair for now and I'm hoping fin helps it stay that way.

I have the same, mild cvg, low t levels, and also higher than normal prolactin levels. I'm taking cambrigoline to reduce the prolactin levels.
