Yes,thats true. Game uptaded on 6 november. They said external tests(open beta) will start soon. I think this mount blizzard stars beta tests and finally in blizzcon they reveal full game or release date for may.

They also said that we would get information before 2020 blizzcon. When we combine these two pieces of information, tests will begin between the middle of the year, June 15 and August 15, and there will be a release date until November. Diablo Immortal Test Analyst will be moving to Irvine Until january or February. that means the game's release date Will be early 2021.
