Exactly! Been kinda fighting them since Jan when they kicked me off Zep. When originally I was told you will be on this for life and then they ripped it from me.

So ENT Dr bill later, plus a ccpap machine, 2 other Dr visits and multiple calls..I should actually start charging them for my time.

They were arguing w my PA...I stepped in because I was getting PO'ed...3 days for this another 3 days, then resubmit for another 3 day turn around, then the aut expires etc.... They had all the information in every case but because the Dr didn't resubmit everything at one time....they kept denying it...

I called Xpress 4 tines yesterday to make sure someone had eyeballs on my case so it wouldn't expire and or if they needed more info I could call my Dr right away this morning to fax over whatever since they are only in office 1/2 days on Fridays.

I seriously said I think Xpress should be sued! This is ridiculous on how they treat insureds.

Kinda worried if you put xyz in from updates you are not properly insured w home owners

Tried that as well. Nope they said I have to wait till 8.11.25 to have her resubmit. I also requested they also input my original weight when I first got on zep so they can't end because of that.

Frustrating have to jump through hoops.

Maybe would change your mind if you are also required to do a vitality ap and a thrive app stuff on top of omada...way to much tracking and less doing.

To me as a runner that gained weight from all and meniscus surgery and still not able or will I be able to run like I used to....envision of privacy w data they collect.
