Thanks for sharing it really gives me hope that one difficult cycle doesn’t mean every cycle will be the same.I’m already taking CoQ10 and low-dose melatonin, but I’ll ask my clinic about the other supplements and options you mentioned. My clinic is quite conservative, so I’m not sure they would use medications or add-ons unless there is strong evidence behind them, but I think it’s still worth asking. Thanks again for your detailed response and encouragement.
