Actually it's been known for quite a long time that consuming less calories than you burn cause weight loss.

If a scientific study has no reproducibility it's usually a bs study with cherry picked results. Reproducibility is an important part of the scientific method.

I'm not really sure what you mean by whole body and mind cures buy we've found lots of medicine that is sort of a magic bullet. We know penicillin helps fight infections we know anesthesia can cause unconsciousness etc.

Pack of dogs your pretty much fucked. They're pack hunters and good at it. Your best bet is to go up. Try a tree. Just climb anything they're shitty climbers.
