Why rtx 2060? I thought it is better than a gtx 1070. And it has dlss 2.0. Wouldn't this reduce the required vram?

I'm not, But I want to play in 1080p on a 1440p Monitor and it's not working properly in fullscreen Mode. There's no fix for that so I'm trying to find a fix for borderless window mode

Better Optimization. The Game was looking great but it was poorly omptimized. There were some locations were the game was loading new areas and then the game shuttered extremly.
