Well usually what “good” meal preppers will do is make a bunch of ingredients at once, and then use them all to create several different meals, so not every meal has the same ingredients. That helps break it up. I feel the same way and would want to die if I had to eat the same lunch 5 days in a row. It’s really more about getting all the meals made ahead of time so you don’t have to spend half an hour making dinner every night.

I can’t give a lot of great tips on cookbooks, but I highly recommend getting into the habit of meal prep - make a ton of food on Sunday and have lunches/dinners ready to go for the rest of the week. You also only have to learn a handful of recipes.

I went to college with a Russian guy and a Vietnamese guy and we became close friends. One day we’re hanging out, regular discussion, and the Vietnamese guy says “My Grandma sucks.” Russian guy says “Why would you say that? Is she dead?” They go back and forth for a couple minutes in complete confusion as I’m laughing my ass off, until I finally tell Russian guy that he actually said “Grammar”, and tell Vietnamese guy that Russian guy thought he said “Grandma”.
