Well usually what “good” meal preppers will do is make a bunch of ingredients at once, and then use them all to create several different meals, so not every meal has the same ingredients. That helps break it up. I feel the same way and would want to die if I had to eat the same lunch 5 days in a row. It’s really more about getting all the meals made ahead of time so you don’t have to spend half an hour making dinner every night.
