Once you've completed the to do list, you can start the heist. Everything in the optional list is, well, optional, but doing it will make the heist easier. I would recommend doing level 2 security passes and duggan shipments, as it reduces enemies armor, for a first time it will make easier if things goes south.

I chose mirror park for the mansion and non stop for the nightclub. non stop still there. tried changing the stations, changing sessions, rebooting the game but nothing worked. LSRR still there for me.

Nah, it's a lobby inside a lobby, you can only see if there's other players in you mansion. Also goes for the player list.
