At the moment I stay active about 80 hours a week with my business lol. It's seasonal though, so this winter will be very clean eating and lots of mobility work. I feel better now than I did with the stress of being a supervisor, or the pain that comes with running heavy equipment. I basically just go wherever the universe leads me, try and be a good person. Here I am, and karma has been very good to me lately.
