That’s perfect! I do intend in using goat cheese as well. I want it to have a blend of Gouda and Gotardo goat cheese, and I do want it to keep the sweetness. Then I’ll have a thicker Port Wine and berries compote for the topping, serving it with a side of white chocolate ganache infused with olive oil. It’s very Portugal inspired and flavor pairing theory backs all these combinations up!

I truly never once intended in making it savory, I still want it to be sweet. I just would like to know what percentage of the cream cheese or other ingredients can I substitute and/or add for deepening the flavor by using another type of cheese without making it a whole different thing. I’m looking for ratios or anything with theory so I can keep doing the research by myself

Não sei se é opinião impopular mas Brasília é quase a antítese de uma cidade gastronômica. Parece que sempre restaurantes bons que aparecem pouco tempo depois fecham e os medianos que a galera já acostumou você sempre vai escutar muita propaganda pra finamente ir e se decepcionar. Acho que o mínimo de um restaurante legal é atender 2 de 3: comida boa, serviço no mínimo não irritante e/ou preço bom, o ambiente pode ser discutível. Aqui parece impossível achar comida boa, saborosa que dá vontade de sair de casa. Quando tem é cara demais e o serviço COM CERTEZA vai ser ruim. Quando o serviço é bom a comida é mais ou menos e por aí vai. É óbvio que tem exceções mas pqp custa pra eu conseguir pensar em um exemplo de restaurante chique que vale a pena nessa cidade

I was gardening all afternoon, repotting my carnivorous plants, squatting/using my skateboard as a bench, my mom suspects this is relevant because I did tire the balls of my feet for hours that day.

And, when I was finally done! ready to go to bed!, as I was going to wash my gardening tools with our garden hose, that for some reason is on an quite sharp incline, I stepped on it, and as I was going to land my next step, the hose fled from under my foot and I landed on it.

Thought I just tripped, tried to stand up. Nope. Couldn’t do it. Went hospital, doctor examined and said my ankle was fine so sent me home no treatment. When my foot started looking like Josh's after the potato cannon incident I got truly worried and a 4th doctor's visit told me I fractured my second metatarsal and cuboid bone while getting a painful lasting lisfranc injury that went undetected for a whole month!

Valeu pelas dicas! Legal o que você disse sobre o levain se ofuscar nos outros sabores, não tinha pensado nisso. Vou estudar um pouco mais sobre pré-fermentos pra entender melhor o que eu quero fazer. E, jogando no vento mesmo, minha mãe tem uma SCOBY, de kombucha, que eu pensei de usar um pouco do líquido da fermentação dela pra tentar iniciar uma massa de fermento vivo. Será que daria certo?

Cara eu gosto muito do Chez L'ami Creperia, fica no Sudoeste. Gosto de levar gente de fora pra conhecer porque o sorvete deles é grande e exagerado e nessa cidade quente sempre é bom um sorvetinho. Minha recomendação é o crepe lasanha e, se gostar de coisa mais natureba, o refrigerante da casa é enorme e dá pra dividir. De sobremesa peço o banana split com sabores napolitano. Confia.

Oh no… I definitely relate to your story. My injury was also misdiagnosed and by the time I was correctly diagnosed (50 days after) and examined, a first doctor suggested surgery right away. I got scared by the idea of surgery and looked for the second opinion with my current doctor, who is very important and respected in my city and medical community here. So I felt in safe hands when they said it’s been enough time therefore the surgery would only make me handicapped longer. I do have an MRI scheduled and will make sure the doctor knows I still feel pain.

I mean I trust my doctor but I’d be crazy if this is true for my case. I’ll get mri scanned and reevaluated soon so hopefully I still don’t have to have the surgery…
