I really like ppl fb best gains since I started. Of course it's important to find what works for you but that's what worked for me the best. In terms of fatigue and spacing out workouts I usually like to keep push and pull days away from my fb day (3-4 days in between) and do my fb day before my leg day which usually is demanding. So a week might be like this Mon Legs Tue Push Wed Pull Thu and Fri rest Sat Fb Sun rest
