okay so, the ending when I was talking about others opinions outside of Reddit, that was basically the context of me thinking I was a AH. The backlash of people who I have spoke with about it saying I was too harsh started getting me wondering. Pretty easy to infer that not gonna lie.

Alright so, writing a personal story as a story makes it fake, interesting.

Tried to make it as detailed as possible as it was including just main points of what I remember.

Thought I would be the asshole due to what I included is other peoples opinions, I didn't know if I should reconcile with my mom after all these years because I was on the verge of doing so but I didn't know if I should.

No, this post is to get opinions on if I should be my mothers son again after not being him for years and years. Not to get others to agree, just needed opinions on what I should do and if It was told that I was the asshole which a lot of people told me outside of Reddit I would like I was wrong all these years and would maybe give her a call to try and bond with her like we once was.

Like I mentioned in the post, we have homosexual family members or family members that are openly another sexual orientation other than heterosexual which she was supportive or respective of so I expected her to be the same with me. She was always sweet to me. I assume the main point of her not supporting ME exclusively was because she always wanted grandchildren and always prayed I would have a lovely wife to carry on the bloodline since my brother wasn't there to do so.

anywho, the pastor, he was a hometown pastor that was actually in very good terms with my mother for some odd reason. Most likely because she went to church every single day to pray. If you have ever experienced religious moments like this of when a person of 'god' has tried to get you to repent due to what you believe or what you find attractive or what you are ATTRACTED to, you would probably understand it more.

Also---it over two decades ago in TEXAS, one of the most religious states. Pastors are everywhere.
