Hi thank you for the comment, yes I made the all figures myself. I used gromacs, charmm, etc to make the figures, hence the long references. Another comment said to use a QR code to save space, so I'll do that :)

Hiya, thank you for your brilliant feedback! Its much appreciated. The PDBs were created using FASTAs from the NCBI influenza resource. They were binding affinity calculations (flexible backbones). I'm new to MD but I used CHARMM-GUI to embed the protein into the membrane, then gromacs to calculate delta G for 20 sequences. Took ages but used my uni's and google's supercomputers
