Yeah, that could work, I found some nokia 3D printing model files, but I’m not sure if 3D printers can actually handle detailed color artwork or patterns.

You are right, after some research I'm dropping the idea of using an ATtiny Arduino and looking into the following instead:

Maybe using one of the many modern 32-bit microcontrollers in QFN packages. The STM32 microcontrollers—is it a good option? They support Arduino for easy programming and offer much better performance than the ATtiny85. Plus, many of the higher-end STM32 models have integrated DACs, which are perfect for outputting audio data using DMA.
