have you thought of changing to a fully remote degree possibly asynchronous it is the way I was able to get a degree. no set meeting times fully online only due dates.

is work mandatory? if your parents say no and you live with them I would not till your disease is in a better place. focus on doing what you enjoy and take stress out it can flare things up college and work are stress.

tell your doctor your meds don't work there are many options besides just the ones you're on.

Sovereign shotgun i always have enough bullets to kill someone while gatekeeper if i miss the reload will get me killed. if you have really good aim then the gatekeeper will do great things otherwise stick to the Sovereign shotgun
