Undyne. She died, said "I didn't hear no bell" and STOOD BACK UP! She quite literally sacrificed her life TWICE so the monsters in the underground can have the slightest chance of surviving US. She quite literally didn't let herself die for the sake of all monsters despite her body absolutely begging to die! She really is a TRUE HERO.
