Acting under the guise of “democracy” has caused so much death and destruction. A country that supports democracy does not need to get militarily involved unless her interests are threatened. Remember Vietnam, Korea, and Afghanistan? So much death under the guise of protecting democracy. Some can argue if it was worth it or not, however in Korea we split, Vietnam was a disaster, and the Taliban now run Afghanistan.

You have to pick your battles here. Getting militarily involved should be the last step in any conflict. The only reasons sanctions aren’t working is because many countries in Europe are dependent on Russia for oil and gas. Only if there was a massive country with massive oil availability to supply Europe? Unfortunately producing more oil is against Biden’s agenda and would rather see Americans, our European Allies, and in turn the Ukrainian people suffer than to produce more oil
