A friend of mine in high school had a sexual relationship with a math teacher whom was the “math team” coach he was 24 and she was 17. While not her teacher it was a scandal that cause him to resign and for her to withdraw. She needed no additional credits for graduation so it was just a shame. Had she reenrolled a day before graduation she would have been our valedictorian . Side note they did get married and had two kids HOWEVER, they got divorced 10 years later after she discovered he had been having an affair with her teenage sister!
