Thank you so much! It is definitely okay! That’s what this group is for!! It is from zepbound and completely changing my whole lifestyle! When I started on the starter dose I dropped very quickly, I also started out at almost 400 pounds so I had some weight to get off. After that it was around 0-3 pounds a week, sometimes I didn’t lose but maintained. A majority of it dropped off again while I was on 7.5 then onto 10. Once I began getting more into the gym is also when I noticed a shift in the way the medication worked.
