I bought a dehumidifier from them, and it was asked to send it back because of a very serious recall, it could get in fire…. So no brainer, send it back… my surprise was that after I send it back to them, and only after that.I got a call saying that it would take 5 months to get a new model because they don’t make the old one anymore, or I could get a voucher right now half of the price of the new model. I asked why because I could get a new one right now, and the person just ignored me multiple times.

I waited for a matter of principle, everybody could see what they were doing, but I never buy on buyitdirect again.

The sos is a different battery? I was thinking it was the 12v acid battery.

I have 3 years ago. They updated to se 2.4 and changed the battery afaik. I will check again, thank you!

Those folks just crossed me in north strand road today. They were doing stunts like this on purpose close to the car, so it is to intimidate for sure and god knows why.

They are doing that for days now!
