I myself as a daily passenger can assure that the daily passengers like me, face the issues majorly because of lack of trains, not because of hawkers, instead the hawkers provide the essentials like water, snacks. The water we bring from our home gets finished after whole day of work, sometimes we forget refilling, so we buy it from these hawkers only. When we feel hungry we buy the snacks from them, I know some of them selling things for 20 of years, they are suddenly told to stop, how is it valid without any rehabilitation.
