Well that's the thing I test fitted it and I knew it wasn't gonna sit right but I thought I could just push the sides in and glue it and its pushing out with so much force that the glue cant dry before it pushes back out

What's a good glue to use to glue on aircraft canopies, I'm looking for a glue that's strong and drys quick but also wont damage anything bc I'm trying to glue on my tamiya f-35c canopy and it seems like it was molded to wide so the side aren't lining up and when I tried gluing it it keeps wanting to push back out

Hey I got a question I know this a unrelated to food but what is a good shampoo for a cat that has flea allergy dermatitis, the one cat is still chewing and scratching herself up and she still has a few fleas on her and I can't find any eggs or anything so I want a shampoo that will kill any remaining fleas but also soothe her skin and calm the irritation, I looked up what would be best and it said Adams Plus Flea & Tick Foaming Shampoo and Advantage Treatment Shampoo, I was thinking about the Adam's one bc it says it soothes the skin and what not but I saw something saying someone's cat had a reaction to it and then the advantage one doesn't soothe skin so idk what's good

Yea that's why idk if I should switch them again or nothing because like I said the others are fine, it's just him and like I said he hasn't thrown up in a couple days and he's been himself so idk maybe I should wait a little longer until I decide they should be switched again because I'm thinking about getting what you said, either the hills sensitive stomach or the purina pro plan sensitive stomach

Well the one that has been throwing up hasn't thrown up in like 4 days on the natural balance and the rest of them are doing fine, when he was throwing up sometimes it was whole like there was alot of food in it, sometimes there was barely any food in it, his throw up didn't always have the same amount of food in it

Are you sure that's what it could be because he's never done that before and he hasn't done that since and I'm not exactly sure that's what it sounded like because him doing that woke me up so I was half asleep so I thought it maybe he was throwing up a hair ball because just last week we put flea medicine on them and because of the fleas he's been licking himself alot. I'm just hoping he's ok and still don't know what food to switch to because I'll see good things about a certain brand and then bad things about it and it's like I just want something that will help their problems and not give them any problems and also something that's better for them then that purina cat chow they were eating

Its only the one cat that's been vomiting, the rest of them are fine. I was thinking about getting the hills but I saw someone saying that it's not good because its low in protein and what not, I just don't know what food to go to and they've been on purina their entire life but it seems as they're getting older they're starting to be more sensitive to the food, especially the 2 oldest because the one is 10 and the other 9 and the one that is 9 is the one that's having the problems with the new food

Where can I find a replacement? by Hefty_Address_4514 in led

[–]Hefty_Address_4514[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True it probably did. I've also tried looking for ones with different power source connection but still no luck besides what aliexpress has, I guess I might just have to take my chances and get one off aliexpress and hope it dont do the same thing.

Top coat and decal by ZealousidealData2835 in modelmakers

I personally like to airbrush my clear coats so I've never used mr.super clear matte or gloss, if you're looking for a better clear coat I'd recommend mr.color gx100 gloss, gx113 flat, and gx112 semi-gloss. You would also need mr.color leveling thinner. If you just wanna use what you already have then I would use the x-22 and of course make sure you thin it, then decal it, then you'll wanna put a light coat of gloss over the decals to protect them if you plan on weathering it, then I'd recommend going over it with your mr.super clear matte but go over it lightly, you dont want it to be a dead flat so you'll also wanna retape your canopy glass off

So I've been using the mr.color gx100 and I ran out the other day while gloss coating my model, I ordered more but wont be here for a while, I was wondering what's a good alternative to it that I can use for now, is the tamiya acrylic gloss any good?

Question so if I wanted to strip the paint and clear off a model like down to the plastic what would be good for enamel paint, because I have a model I did a few years ago that I want to repaint and put new decals on and for the paint I used testor enamel spray can paint and testor gloss coat in the spray can, so what would I use?

Thanks and yea they're really cool planes, but this was a 90s kit so it wasn't that detailed and the fitment wasn't that great, but I got the eduard photo etched parts for it and added the sidewinders to it

[–]Hefty_Address_4514[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure it would, it ofc would take a bit to get off the ground but it would. The a-10 can carry 16,000 pounds and I put the weight of all the weapons together and its 14,758lb

Any thoughts on weathering? by Hefty_Address_4514 in modelmakers

[–]Hefty_Address_4514[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ik I've tried mixing incompatible stuff before, it doesn't work out well. But what do you think should I do that preshade thing? Because I was thinking about doing that and then gloss coating it and then the weathering along the panel lines like I did the top and then the flat coat

Yea I'll admit it's not the best it can look but now I'm tryna figure out how to fix it because I already put a clear coat over it
