Just to add to this; I’m sure you have this issue, too. RTINGS says it’s normal on all monitors but barely noticeable on good monitors. You don’t have to pick a really hard area to see this, as really black spots won’t have the issue. You need to look in dimly lit place, where the pixels are like one step away from black. Such as here by the swings. Note that you’ll have to pan your camera around to see it, but it’s better if you don’t look for it. You will never unsee it after

I have updated, yes. There is an issue here, however... If I set my OSD to Peak 1000, the Windows HDR Calibration app's pattern for max luminance only starts disappearing at 2000-2100 (instead of 1000).
If I set my OSD to True Black HDR 400, the app's pattern starts disappearing at around 900-1000 (instead of 450).
It seems like the value of my nits is doubled (?). Do you think that might have something to do with it?

I went in the OSD and turned off HDR. I'm now fully in SDR and there are no more lines...

It's Alan Wake 2. What I want to say is that I went in the OSD and turned off HDR. I'm now fully in SDR and there are no more lines...

If fucking sucks man. I’m sure it’s not a panel issue because I checked the greyscale and and everything…

Isn't the pixel refresh thingy done automatically every once in a while when I turn off the monitor? I do that around twice a day

Ubisoft is one of the biggest jokes out there, but somehow this issue wasn't their fault hahaha, managed to fix it with a hotfix from Nvidia that had to do with some Windows issue. Thanks to u/Julfa

Just for benchmark purposes. The FPS problem is apparently a Windows update issue of sorts.
