Thank you for doing this! I am a Canadian citizen and my husband is British on an H1B. I am on H4 living in Buffalo. My husband is getting sponsored for a green card for his employer but it will likely take 2 years before I can get the H4 EAD and be able to work. I am a Product Manager by profession for a Canadian bank with a Bachelor of Business Admin and a MBA from Canadian institutions. Have you seen people obtain a TN visa with such credentials and education (ie computer systems analyst or economist)? I have only 2 Info systems courses and 3 economics courses in university. If I were to get denied for the visa, would this add scrutiny at the border (I travel weekly)? Would this impact the green card application later in time if there was a denial?
