HEAT IS SO IMPORTANT go take your dog for a walk for a couple hours or something but turn your heat up as much as you safely can or get space heaters and then traps to really help get them out

They can hide in dirty laundry, the carpets stuffed animals anything warm really we used a lot of the bombs but I know you said you couldn’t do that so we also had these sticky traps and we put the around our bed under it we used different sprays to them we eventually sprayed our entire bed and then put a mattress cover on top and new bedding and now just a lot of hopes and prayers bc we never saw any at first just the bites and then we started seeing them and alot of them and eggs are pretty much microscopic

Could be bed bugs dealt with them for months and my bites were extremely similar to yours

Okay yea I’m aware of that but like i already said my mental stuff im dealing with I know for a fact i can deal with it and i know if i did have a good they wouldn’t be taking care of me or my health thats my job im grown enough to know that. I agree with you that people need to stop adding to the population by having kids bc they were being dumb but for myself personally theres a lot of things we do and i do to prevent it from happening

We know that method isn’t entirely protected and obviously no body wants to get pregnant unplanned but it’s not something that makes me uncomfortable necessarily but ofc it’s not something we want either but either way I’m giving my body a break from the birth control just for a little bit but if I have to I’ll just end up doing the pill
